South Beach Wine & Food Festival Tickets:
The famous national South Beach Wine & Food Festival is held each year in late February. Traditionally the event features the world's most renowned wine and spirits producers, chefs and culinary personalities.
The festival events are separated into three main categories: Food Network, Chef & Culinary, and Wine and Spirits. The 2012 edition presents famous names as Anne Burrell, Paula Deen, Guy Fieri, Bobby Flay, Marc Forgione, Alexandra Guarnaschelli, Robert Irvine, Jeff Mauro, Masaharu Morimoto, Pat and Gina Neely, Aaron Sanchez, Marc Summers, Geoffrey Zakarian, Kal Abdalla, Craig Adcock and other stars of the culinary art.
The program includes 51 different events - seminars, packages, dinners, parties, brunches, etc. The opening night will be hosted by Emeril Lagasse and Guy Fieri who will present Moet Hennessy's The Q. The list of the seminars include 20 titles, and some of the key seminars are: "MonoArabica: The Root of the Blend by illycaffe Master Barista, Giorgio Milos" (Feb 24, 2012), "Celebrity Cruises presents A Taste of Modern Luxury with Star Chef's Rising Star Jacques Van Staden and Junior Merino aka The Liquid Chef aboard the award-winning Celebrity Eclipse" (Feb 25, 2012), "Wine Spectator Wine Seminar Series A" (Feb 25, 2012), "Bank of America Lifestyle Seminar - Michael's Genuine Food & Drink with Michael Schwartz & Anthony Giglio" (Feb 26, 2012), "Bank of America Lifestyle Seminar - Foods and Fine Wines of the Rich and Famous with Ariane Daguin & Andrea Robinson" (Feb 26, 2012), etc.
The organizers intend to set the hottest parties in Miami, including "Moet Hennessy's The Q After Dark" (Feb 23, 2012), "Epicure Gourmet Market Presents Party Impossible hosted by Robert Irvine" (Feb 24, 2012), "Thrillist's BBQ & The Blues hosted by Michael Symon" (Feb 25, 2012), "Swine & Wine presented by Pat LaFrieda Meats hosted by Debi Mazar & Gabriele Corcos" (Feb 26, 2012), and "Trucks on the Beach presented by Cultivate Wines: The Official Festival Closing Party hosted by Andrew Zimmern" (Feb 26, 2012).
The event dates as back as 1997. Currently it is hosted by Southern Wine & Spirits of Florida and Florida International University (FIU). All the festival benefits usually are donated to FIU's Chaplin School of Hospitality and Tourism Management and the Southern Wine & Spirits Beverage Management Center.
