Boston Bruins Tickets:
The Boston Bruins competes in the National Hockey League (NHL) in the Northeast Division of the Eastern Conference. All of their home games are played at the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. They made their debut on November 1, 1924 as the first American team in the NHL, winning against the Montreal Maroons 2-1. They are one of the Original Six Teams. From 1928 until 1995, the Bruins home arena was the Boston Garden. After the closing of Boston Garden, they moved into the Shawmut Center, the original name of the TD Garden.
In all, the Bruins have fifty-two Hall of Famers and eleven player's numbers have been retired. Some notable players include Wayne Gretzky (arguably the most recognized name in hockey), Bobby Orr, Eddie Shore and Mitt Shcmidt.
The Boston Bruins have won the Stanley Cup six times (1929, 1939, 1941, 1970, 1972 and 2011) and are currently the defending champions. The team's record also includes eighteen Stanley Cup Finals, fourteen Conference Finals (since 1968), a President's Trophy (1990), twenty-five Division Champions and sixty-five Playoff Appearances.

TD Garden is located in Boston, Massachusetts. The
arena is the home for the Boston Bruins NHL Hockey Team and
the Boston Celtics NBA Basketball Team. Formerly named
TD Banknorth Garden it was renamed TD Garden in 2009 after
TD Banknorth was renamed. Including the current name, TD Garden
has had 33 different names. The facility opened September 30, 1995
as the Shawmut Center. The arena capacity for hockey is 17,565 seats,
for basketball is 18,624 seats and a maximum capacity of 19,580
(including standing room). It was built at a cost of $160 million
dollars. Although the stadium's primary purposes are that as the homes
of the Boston Bruins and the Boston Celtics, it can also be used for a
variety of other events including sporting events and concerts.
Venues Today has ranked the TD Garden as the number 3 arena in the
United States in 2006.
