The Minute Maid Park is located in Houston, USA at 501 Crawford Street, Houston, TX 77002-2113 USA.

Minute Maid Park (sometimes called The Juice Box) is located in downtown Houston, Texas. It is built in the same location of the famed Union Station, a railroad depot that opened in 1911, and some of the original structure is still present and implemented into the ballparks largest entrance, which is located near left field. It originally opened as The Ballpark at Union Station on March 30, 2000, but was renamed Enron Field on April 7, 2000, just in time for opening day of the regular season after the failed energy giant accrued naming rights for 30 years with a whopping $100 million dollar deal! On February 7, 2002, after the notorious Enron crash, the park bought back the naming rights for the remainder of the term for a mere $2.1 million dollars and renamed the ballpark Astros Field until Minute Maid bought naming rights for 28 years for approximately $170 million dollars! The facility was specifically designed and built for the Houston Astros MLB baseball team to move into and out of the decaying, yet iconic, Astrodome. Other than professional baseball, the park is capable of hosting football, soccer, rugby and concerts.

Minute Maid Park played host to the 2004 MLB All-Star Game on July 13, 2004. It was also the location of the 2006 CONCACAF Champions Cup soccer match between Portmore United and Club America on February 22, 2006. The ballpark is the location of the Houston College Classic, an annual college baseball tournament in February. On November 16, 2008, Madonna performed there and brought in a crowd of 41,498 people. Rachael Ray held a mass wedding between 40 couples that were unable to get married after Hurricane Ike. Taylor Swift also performed at the ballpark on November 5, 2001, bringing in 42,000 fans.

Minute Maid Park is a state of the art facility featuring a retractable roof, the first stadium in Houston to have one, 63 luxury suites and 4,774 club seats, with a grass playing field and unique design with an inclined surface known as Tal's Hill with a flagpole protruding from the grass at the farthest position from home plate in the back of center field. When a home run is hit by an Astro or when they have won a game, a train runs the length of the ballpark on the left field side that is visible through glass with a tender filled with giant oranges. The park capacity is 40,963 seats and has held, with standing room, 43,836 baseball fans on April 5, 2010, the season Opening Day. It was built at a cost of $250 million dollars.
