Lucas Oil Stadium is located in Indianapolis, Indiana. It
is the home of the Indianapolis Colts NFL Football Team. The stadium
replaced the RCA Dome as the home of the Colts and opened in August
of 2008. The stadium features a retractable roof and a massive movable
window-wall, the second largest in the world only to Cowboys Stadium
in Texas. Other than NFL Football it can be used for various other
events including concerts, marching band competitions, AMA Supercross,
Monster Jam, NCAA Football, NCAA Basketball and other events. The
stadium will be the location of the Super Bowl XLVI on February 5,
2012. The stadium capacity is 63.000 seats for football and approximately
70,000 seats for other events. It was built at a cost of $720 million dollars.
