New Orleans Saints Tickets:

The New Orleans Saints are a professional football team, a member of the Southern Division of the National Football Conference of the National Football League. The club was established in New Orleans, Louisiana, in 1967.
 
In 2009 the New Orleans Saints won their first Super Bowl Championship (XLIV). The team owns one Conference title (2009), and five Division titles (1991, 2000, 2006, 2009, 2011). In their history, the Saints have made nine Playoff appearances: 1987, 1990, 1991, 1992, 2000, 2006, 2009, 2010, 2011.
 
Throughout the years the club has retired four numbers - 31 Jim Taylor, 81 Doug Atkins, 51 Sam Mills, 57 Rickey Jackson. Although these numbers are officially retired, some of them are assigned to active players.
 
The home stadium of the team is the Mercedes-Benz Superdome, located in the Central Business District of New Orleans. The capacity of the facility is 76,468 seats.
 
Since 2006, the head coach of the New Orleans Saints is Sean Payton. Mercedes-Benz Superdome is located in New Orleans, Louisiana. The dome was originally named Louisiana Superdome and is known as The Superdome, The Dome, The Spirit on the Bayou and The Big Beamer. It is the home of the New Orleans Saints NFL Football Team. Other than NFL Football it can be used for various other sporting events including Tulane Green Wave NCAA Football, the BCS National Championship NCAA Football Game (every 4 years), the Sugar Bowl NCAA Football Game, the State Farm Bayou Classic NCAA Football Game, the New Orleans Bowl NCAA Football Game, MLB Baseball, and both Professional and NCAA Basketball. The Super Bowl has been hosted there six times and will be the location of the Super Bowl XLVII (in 2013). The stadium can also be used for concerts, conventions and trade shows. On August 29, 2005, Hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans and significant damage was done to the Superdome. The building was used to house survivors of the storm until they could be evacuated to the surrounding states that could offer refuge. It was opened in August of 1975. The stadium capacity is 76,468 seats for football, 55,675 seats for basketball and 63,525 seats for baseball. It was built at a cost of $134 million dollars and post Katrina renovations were made at a cost of $193 million dollars.
