Il Divo Tickets

Il Divo is an operatic pop vocal group, formed in the United Kingdom. It was created by music manager, executive, and television producer Simon Cowell. Il Divo is composed of four male singers: the French pop singer - Sebastien Izambard, the Spanish baritone - Carlos Marin, the American tenor - David Miller, and the Swiss tenor - Urs Buhler. The group sings in English, Italian, Spanish, French and Latin, and have sold more than 26 million copies of their albums. Their first album "Il Divo" and was released in 2004. It contained mainly cover songs along with their first original "Mama." In 2005 they released a follow up album "Ancora," which became number one on the charts in the United Kingdom and Australia. In 2006, Il Divo recorded the album "Voices" for the FIFA World Cup. They were chosen to perform the 2006 FIFA World Cup official song, "The Time of Our Lives," together with Toni Braxton. In 2011 Il Divo received the award for "Artist of the Decade" at the Classical Brit Awards. The group has released several DVDs of live concerts performed in Greece, Italy and Spain. Their story has told in two books: "Romancing the World" was written by Allegra Rossi in 2005, and Il Divo published their own book "Our Music, Our Journey, Our Words" in 2007.
