Gabriel Iglesias Tickets

Gabriel Iglesias is an American stand-up comedian and actor. He was born in 1976 in San Diego and is of Mexican-American heritage. The fact is his name is actually Gabriel J. Iglecias, because of the frequent absences of his father, even during his birth, his mother decided to name the child in her own way with the "unique" spelling of replacing the "S" with a "C." Today, Gabriel prefers to spell his the name with an "S," but most of the people around the world know him as "Fluffy" - the comic in a Hawaiian shirt.

Gabriel Iglesias is known for being extremely interactive with his audiences as well as his voice effects and impressions. He utilizes a great sense of self-deprecating irony and often jokes with his appearance and weight. Gabriel Iglesias has two very successful Comedy Specials: "Hot and Fluffy" and "I'm not Fat. . . I'm Fluffy." He hosts a TV show for Comedy Central called "Gabriel Iglesias presents Stand-Up Revolution."

His career started in 2000, when Iglesias appeared in season 6 of the Nickelodeon sketch comedy series "All That." He then became a stand-out star with appearances in "Last Comic Standing," ABC's "My Wife and Kids," Showtime's "Resurrection Boulevard," "Jimmy Kimmel Live," "Good Morning America," NBC's "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," CBS's "The Late Late Show," FOX TV's "The Family Guy," "Showtime at the Apollo," and BET's "Comic View." The actor released three DVD pr: "Hot and Fluffy - Live from Bakersfield", "I'm not Fat. . . I'm Fluffy" and "Stand-Up Revolution."
