Disney On Ice has been touring since 1981, and has produced 23 different fascinating performances. In 1999 the touring ice show created a brand new performance: Disney On Ice : 100 Years of Magic, which has captured the attention of audiences for more than 12 years. The show revives characters from 18 beloved stories, including "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs," "Pinocchio," "Cinderella," "The Little Mermaid," "Beauty and the Beast," "Aladdin," "The Lion King," "Pocahontas," "Toy Story," "Mulan," "Finding Nemo," "The Incredibles," and "It's a Small World." The performance on ice also incorporates more than 60 Disney Characters, featuring the one and only Mickey Mouse, the irresistible Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio, and every Disney Princess. The show is produced by "Feld Entertainment." The company is the worldwide leader in producing and presenting live touring family entertainment experiences. The creative team includes Jerry Bilik (Vice President of Creative Development), Leroy Bennertt (Lighting Designer), Sarah Kawahara (Choreographer), and Scott Lane (Costume Designer). The production is famous for its highly innovative sets, the show's castle is 38 feet at its highest point and weighing in excess of 20,000 pounds, and the very impressive whale from "Pinocchio," is a 36-foot-long creature, 12 feet wide, and has a series of 14 custom-made arches that allow it to slither across the ice. The ensemble includes 39 skaters, seven og which are the principal skaters Adam Blake, Isao Matsuura, Jamie Loper, Kate Gauthier, Marina Bystrayakova, Natasha Kuchiki, and Stephan Alvin.
