Deep Ella is an alternative rock back from Houston, Texas. The band consists of Jeff Crowder - Vocals/Guitar, Ryan Korn - Lead Guitar/Vocals, Jason Light - Bass Guitar, Arturo Garcia - Violin/Keys, Eric Rodriguez - Violin/Keys, Fonz Lovelace - Drums.
 
Deep Ella originated from the inspiration of singer-songwriter Jeff Crowder. The band first released the record "Last Year's New Thing" in 2002. In 2006 Deep Ella recorded their sophomore album "Empty Seas and Memories," which was released in 2007. The band then began performing regionally, supporting national acts like Blue October, Civil Twilight and the Paper Tongues. Deep Ella third album "You.me.and the Spider," was released in 2010.
